We’d much rather let our services do the talking, but we also think it’s worth noting that we have a customer service promise which commits to the following:

  1. Professional legal advice

    When choosing Ancora Law, you will only ever work with qualified professionals. Our dedicated team will deal with your file from initial onboarding, right through to conclusion. You never have to worry about your file being handed over to people you haven’t instructed.
  2. You won't have to chase us for progress reports

    We want to make sure you’re comfortable and supported, every step of the way. When working with us, you will receive regular updates on the progress of your matter.
  3. Swift response times

    We will acknowledge and where possible respond to your emails, messages and calls within 24 working hours.
  4. Working hours

    Our phone lines are active Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. If you cannot reach us by phone, leave a message or contact your solicitor via email or our online messaging service.
  5. Solicitor availability

    You will always be informed of your solicitors working hours and any holidays they may be taking and how this will affect your service. When needed, we will provide an interim solicitor to handle your case.
    We always do our best to pick up the phone, but when this isn’t possible, we guarantee your solicitor will return your emails or phone calls within 24 working hours.
  6. Personalised services

    We make it our mission to get to know your needs and schedules with every individual case. We go above and beyond to ensure your transaction is resolved appropriately and by the time agreed wherever possible. Every decision we make is to improve your experience.
  7. We’re human

    We understand that law firms can often feel quite intimidating or conservative. We want to show you that we are real people, who want to listen and understand your needs. It’s our aim to build a strong rapport with you and be a reliable support that you can count on time after time.
  8. Fully qualified personnel

    All of our solicitors are fully qualified and experts in their field. We always do our best to keep up to date with individual staff training. You can rest easy knowing your case is in safe hands.

This is our customer service guarantee

Anyone who uses our services is automatically guaranteed a high level of service. If in the unlikely situation we fail to meet the standards set out in Our Promise to you and subject to you complying with your obligations to us set out in our Client Care Agreement, your invoice will be reduced by up to £500, as an apology for any inconvenience caused.
