Matthew qualified as a solicitor into commercial property in 2008 but had previously worked as a completion clerk dealing with residential completions since 2004.

Matthew has acted for sole traders all the way up to FTSE100 plc’s. There isn’t much Matthew hasn’t dealt with when it comes to commercial property transactions. In his spare time, Matthew loves to play a bit of golf, watch Hull City and go to the gym.

Matthew founded Ancora Law with a passion to update the provision of legal services via the use of technology. Matthew’s aim for Ancora Law is to be the best at what we do which he hopes is reflected in the service provided.
