Our phone lines are active Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. If you cannot reach us by phone, leave a message or contact your solicitor via email or our online messaging service.
You will always be informed of your solicitor’s working hours and any holidays they may be taking and how this will affect your service. When needed, we will provide an interim solicitor to handle your case. We always do our best to pick up the phone, but when this isn’t possible, we guarantee your solicitor will return your emails or phone calls within 24 working hours.
